Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom embroidery, limited-edition drops, final sale items, and gift cards.

To start a return, contact us at contact@langstonjames.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order. Once your return is accepted, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method.


Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@langstonjames.com.
