Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (such as launches, promotions, or holidays), processing may take longer.


Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout (2–3 business days after dispatch).

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60 USD (domestic only).

  • Orders below $60 will have shipping calculated at checkout.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Langston James is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’re happy to assist where possible.


Preorders & Special Releases

  • Any preorder or limited-release items will include estimated ship dates in the product description.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may be held until all items are ready to ship, unless otherwise noted.
